PHILADELPHIA --
A building collapse in Philadelphia sent three people to the hospital on Wednesday, NBC10 reported.
Construction work was being done on a row home when a wall buckled in the Germantown section of the city.
Six contractors were working inside the home when it collapsed and three of them became trapped.
The men are free and in stable condition because of a Water Department employee.
Charles Gregg was outside checking the waterline when the house began to collapse. He said he immediately called 911 and then helped two of the trapped men out of the building.
Firefighters were able to rescue the third man.
City officials have condemned the property, which will now be demolished.
