BROWNSTOWN, Mich. --

Nobody was injured when a Brownstown mobile home exploded Monday afternoon.

Investigators said the gas line exploded at a home in Tela Valley Mobile Home Park around 3 p.m.

Nobody was at home when the house exploded, but the force was so strong it blew the windows out of the neighbor's homes.

"I heard the explosion, and it knocked my right off my couch," said

Ken Mickens said he was driving when the explosion occurred, and he thought he had just hit something with his car.

The home was completely destroyed, said firefighters.

An investigation has been launched.
