LANCASTER, SC --
Crews are on the scene of a fire right behind the Lancaster County Courthouse. Firefighters tell Eyewitness News its at the Solicitors office off of Catawba Street.
Firefighters say flames broke out around 4 a.m. Thursday. Fire crews have blocked off Catawba Street and Main Street between Dunlap Street and Gay Street.
Investigators have ruled this fire suspicious. A press conference is set at 7 a.m. and Eyewitness News will be there to bring you the latest on the investigation.
On Monday, a fire destroyed half of the historic Lancaster County Courthouse.
Investigators believe someone broke in through a front window, went up to the second floor and intentionally set the fire, then escaped by going out the back door.
