Bullhead City -- On Monday, January 07, at 2:50 PM, four rescue ambulances, one fire engine, and one Division Training / Safety Chief, under the direction of Bullhead City Fire Department Battalion Chief Randy Wheeler responded to a head on vehicle collision with injuries.
Arriving units found a two vehicle head on type collision with six injuries. One vehicle was caring three brothers and a father, the other vehicle two females. One of the two females was trapped requiring extrication. Four of the patients were classified with level one injuries.
Care Flight Air Rescue was called to the scene to transport a very critically injured juvenile male. The male was flown to the University Medical Center in Las Vegas.
Bullhead City Fire Department Paramedics transported all remaining patients to Western Arizona Regional Medical.
The Bullhead City Police Department Traffic Bureau is investigating the collision.
