CLEVELAND --
A Cleveland firefighter is accused of raping two women, the first incident dating back eight years.
A grand jury indicted 38-year-old George Greer on 10 counts, five for rape, three for sexual battery and two for kidnapping.
Police said Greer raped a 23-year-old Cleveland woman in 1999.
Prosecutors said Greer met another woman, a 27-year-old also from Cleveland, through Match.com.
They said the two went to a bar in July 2006 then went back to his house, where the rape allegedly took place.
Police said the first rape was set aside when there wasn't enough evidence to indict Greer.
DNA kits in both rapes matched Greer's DNA, prosecutors said.
If convicted on all the counts, Greer could be sentenced to 85 years to life in prison.
