Houston Worker Trapped 25 Feet Underground
HOUSTON --
A worker was trapped 25 feet below ground at a construction site on Tuesday, KPRC Local 2 reported.
Firefighters said the worker fell into the hole at the site on Stuebner Airline Road near Erinwood Drive at about 11 a.m.
Crews used a basket hooked to a crane to pull the man out.
The man was transported to a nearby hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.
The cause of the incident is under investigation.
