A chemical leak at a trucking company on Indianapolis' west side had fire crews scrambling on Tuesday morning.
Wayne Township firefighters were called to Mid-States Trucking in the Park Fletcher Business Park at about 7 a.m.
A semitrailer was leaking fluid into the ground. It contained a chemical with sodium tolytriazole, an anti-corrosive that is caustic when mixed with air.
The spill was contained and no evacuations were needed. Cleanup continued into Tuesday afternoon.
