PORT RICHEY, Fla.-- One man has already been arrested in connection with the explosion and fire.
It happened just before 11 last night in Port Richey, at the Galaxy fireworks stand at the corner of U.S. Highway 19 and Hammock Road.

Five people were inside the stand, two were injured.
Investigators say another man was with Rogers, that man took off, but Rogers stayed around to watch the fire and was arrested.
