Dallas Teen Uses Pre-Paid Phone For 911 Hoax
Arson investigators caught up with a person allegedly dialing for trouble in a 911 hoax.
Authorities arrested the 14-year-old suspect, who is accused of making dozens of fake calls to his neighbor's house. Police said the boy was using a hard-to-trace pre-paid cell phone.
Each time a call was made, police and firefighters would rush to the woman's home.
There was never an emergency at the woman's home.
