SACRAMENTO COUNTY --

Sacramento Metro Firefighters are trying to track down a person behind a series of fires in the Sacramento area on Monday.

Firefighters responded to at least six grassfires in the Rio Linda and Elverta areas in a 24 hour period starting on Monday.

Investigators found swastikas and pro-Nazi signs spray painted at those sites.

A neighbor's surveillance camera captured someone setting a fire to a field near Ranch River and Quail Ranch Road Tuesday morning.

Firefighters said residents should look out for someone driving back and forth in a neighborhood or stopped on the side of the road in a grassy area.
