A Greyhound bus heading east over Snoqualmie Pass early Thursday morning burst into flames, reported KIRO 7 Eyewitness News.

The bus driver was driving behind snowplows when he decided to exit to let the plows get ahead.

As he was about to get back onto Interstate 90, he saw flames on the bus.

The 51 passengers were evacuated before fire swallowed the entire bus just before 3 a.m.

It took firefighters about an hour to get the flames put out, leaving windows blown out, seats melted and nothing but a burned-out shell when they were finished.
