Now police think the flames have nothing to do with Mother Nature and the dry conditions in our area.

Fire officials said an arsonist is setting fire to piles of hurricane debris in southwest Miami-Dade County.

According to firefighters, blazes have been set in piles of rubbish in a half dozen locations in the Redlands.

Police said they think one person is setting the fires, but that person hasn't been caught yet.
