Another Alabama Volunteer Charged with Arson

He is accused of torching a barn fire in 2005.

Yet another Pike Road volunteer firefighter was arrested yesterday in connection with a string of fires.

The Montgomery County Sheriff's Department arrested 20-year-old Patrick Brassell and charged him with second-degree arson in connection with a 2005 barn fire.

Volunteer firefighters James Lawson Wilhite, Jason Michael Green and Justin Gorman have already been charged in the investigation of fires in the town of Pike Road.

Brassell was released on $5,000 bond.
