Residents Evacuated from New Jersey Apartments

Fire forced people out of an apartment building in Trenton, N.J.

Firefighters evacuated residents in the building on the 600 block of Monmouth Street Monday night, then managed to contain the flames to one unit of the building.

Two firefighters were treated for minor injuries.

One person was taken into custody at the fire scene.

The fire marshal and the arson unit are investigating.
