Damage was estimated at $1.25 million, according to the Columbus Division of Fire.
Firefighters said 36 units were evacuated, and 18 units were damaged.
No injuries were reported.
The American Red Cross was called to the scene to assist displaced residents, NBC 4 's Erin Tate reported.
