Manchester fire officials are trying to determine the cause of a fire on Bradley Street.
Firefighters reponded to a three-alarm fire at 15 Bradley St. just before 7:00 p.m. Sunday. Witnesses say flames were shooting from the roof.
Witnesses say police had to hold back residents from trying to rescue their animals.
No injuries were reported. More than 100 residents are displaced. The Red Cross is helping 21 families.
Officials will be back on the scene to investigate Monday.
