Four-Alarmer Guts California Mall
A four-alarm fire swept through a Mountain View strip mall early Wednesday.
The blaze at El Camino Real and Castro Street damaged four businesses, including a dry cleaners and a beauty salon.
The fire was first reported about 12:20 a.m. and had escalated to a fourth alarm by 1:40 a.m.
The cause of the fire is under investigation.
