A woman in her 30s suffered minor injuries after falling 10 to 12 feet though a down grate in front of 150 51st Street at the Executive Plaza next door to the Michelangelo Hotel Thursday morning, according to fire officials.

Fire officials said the woman was conscious and a little shaken up with injuries to her neck and leg. She was taken to Cornell University Hospital.

Firefighters used a ladder to pull the woman out vertically, fire officials said.

Con-Edison was on scene working to secure the site.

According to fire officials, building workers next door said they saw Con-Edison crews at the location last night.
