Two teenagers were plucked from choppy waters off Point Loma Tuesday after their boat collided with a reef.

The tide was low when the boat became stuck on the reef near the Cabrillo Lighthouse, said NBC 7/39 Reporter Jason Austell.

The two teenagers on board the boat were able to climb onto some rocks, where Fire/Rescue Copter 1 picked them up. One teen injured his ankle, but the other was fine.
