Investigators blame a truck driver for a crash that trapped two people beneath a massive fuel tank.
Rescuers used special foam Tuesday to prevent an explosion along Orange Blossom Trail, north of Lee Road. Then they worked to free a man and his 3-year-old daughter. They were trapped in their car underneath the tanker.
Firefighters pulled them to safety and they weren't seriously injured.
Investigators ticketed the truck driver because, they said, he pulled out right in front of the car.
