ORLANDO, Fla. -- Orlando firefighters say an overnight house fire is arson.

The flames started in the house at Turnbill Drive and Pine Trail Way, south of toll road 408, around midnight.

It was a fiery wakeup call for this small neighborhood in the middle of the night. When a neighbor saw the flames shooting from the duplex house, she immediately called 911.

Two families who were living in the duplex were able to escape the structure, just in time to watch the flames consume their home.

The flames were so intense that, at one point, they forced firefighters outside the house.

Arson investigators are already saying that they believe the fire was intentionally set.

A specially trained dog found three spots, in the carport, where someone left an accelerant and set it ablaze.

Detectives say they have several suspects, but they won't speculate on a motive.
