Neighbors Help Extinguish Hawaii Fire

HONOLULU --

Quick reaction by neighbors helped put out a fire before it spread.

The fire started at this Pearl City home at about 3 p.m.

By the time the fire department got on scene, neighbors had already helped to extinguish the fire.

Officials said the blaze was most likely caused by an electrical shortage.

No injuries were reported.
