(New York -WABC, September 11, 2005) - More than 53 people are homeless after a huge early morning fire in the Bronx.
It broke out at an abandoned church in the Morisania section, just after four a.m.
The four-alarm fire spread to - then completely gutted - a residential building next door.
The Red Cross is relocating the 25 adults and 28 children who lived there.
15 firefighters were treated for minor injuries.
