Teens Arrested for Connecticut Mill Blaze

The fire took more than eight hours to extinguish.

PUTNAM, Conn. --

Two teens were arrested in connection with the fire that destroyed the Putnam Foundry Mill Complex last summer.

Police said the youths, who were not being identified because of their age, are accused of setting the fire.

The fire took about eight hours to put out, with five neighboring departments assisting.
