Texas Firefighters Battle Three-Alarmer

It took more than an hour to put out the blaze

A northwest Harris County warehouse erupted into a three-alarm fire Monday afternoon, KPRC Local 2 reported.

Firefighters from several departments were sent to Highway Pavement Specialties on Proctor near Highway 249 at about 5 p.m.

It took more than an hour to put out the blaze. The building was destroyed. Officials said there were no hazardous materials in the warehouse.

There were no reports of injuries.

The cause is not yet known.
