SHELTON, Conn. --
Two firefighters are recovering after an early-morning fire at a house on Walnut Tree Hill Road in Shelton.
One firefighter was taken to the hospital and was expected to be released Monday morning. Another firefighter had minor injuries and refused treatment.
Investigators said the fire broke out in the back of the house. They are looking into the cause.
No one was at home when the fire started.
