DAYTON, OHIO --
A local fire chief is facing allegations of misconduct on the job.
Officials said a class action complaint was filed against Bernie Becker, the Chief at the Clearcreek Township Fire Department.
He was accused of inappropriate behavior with female and male firefighters.
Officials said Becker was punished for inappropriate behavior back in 2001.
