Five San Antonio firefighters are accused of working for private contractors while on city time, essentially being paid twice for the same work.

They include a district chief and two captains.

Two of the fire fighters agreed to retire, one will be suspended, and two others will face other displinary actions.

According to Fire Chief Robert Ojeda, some of the firefighters also destroyed records, failed to report leave taken, and used improper documentation.
