One Killed, Three Injured in Pennsylvania Fire

One person was killed and three injured in a fire in Lebanon Monday morning.

LEBANON, Pa. --

One person was killed and three injured in a fire in Lebanon Monday morning.

Lebanon Mayor Bob Anspach said a man's body was found in a second floor apartment at an apartment building along the first block of South 9th Street.

A resident of the building was injured in the fire. That person, who has not been identified, was flown to Lehigh Valley Burn Center. No condition is available.

Two firefighters were injured. One was taken to Penn State Hershey Medical Center and is in good condition. The other was taken to Good Samaritan Medical Center to be monitored.

The fire started around 3:30 a.m. and displaced 16 residents. There is no word on what started the fire.

Officials said the building is a total loss and a fire marshal is on the way to the scene to investigate.
