Albertito Salomon is just like any other 6-year-old boy.
He loves firetrucks and gets excited when he sees a firehouse.
What makes Salomon so amazing is how his spirit shines through even after being severely burned in a house fire three years ago in Mexico.
Salomon and his family are now in Sacramento so that he can receive treatment at the Shriner's Hospital.
On Tuesday night, he got the chance to forget about the pain.
Firefighters at Station 41, along with some from Sacramento Metropolitan Fire District, threw a special party for the Salomon family.
Albertito got to ride a firetruck, and was given a fire helmet of his very own.
Albertito's parents said he will stay in the United States until he is 21 for medical treatment for his burns.
