MINNEOLA, Fla. --
Friday, the city of Minneola said it plans to meet with firefighters who said they have a problem with the fire chief.
Eyewitness News uncovered human resources documents from October showing the city received several complaints about Fire Chief David Dobrzykowski. Firefighters complained he made negative comments about them, swears at his crew and that he's causing low morale within the department.
"We work on that. The morale is fine. All the other things are being worked on," Dobrzykowski said as he walked away.
Documents also showed the department didn't have any standard operating procedures for two years after it started in 2005. The procedures set uniform rules in place about how to respond to car accidents and fires.
