Lt. Gov. Mary Fallin has vowed to pass a law that would keep volunteer firefighters from losing their primary jobs while fighting fires.
Fallin said she also wants to protect the jobs of reserve law-enforcement officers during outbreaks of wildfires and other state disasters.
