EAST DEER TOWNSHIP, Pa. --
A three-alarm fire spread between two homes in East Deer Township Saturday morning.
The fire started in one home but quickly spread to the next.
The son of the homeowner whose house the fire began is a firefighter and upon hearing the address responded to the scene.
Frazier's Fire Chief also responded, and discovered that the second house to catch fire belonged to his sister.
The fire occured on Marion Street and may have been caused by a toaster oven.
No one was home at the time.
