Three Houston firefighters were rescued from a burning home in northeast Houston Sunday night.
Authorities said the firefighters were trying to see if anyone was trapped inside the burning home on Hollow Oaks Drive and Bending Oaks Street when falling shelves blocked the door.
A Houston Fire Department rescue team went in and helped the trapped firefighters escape.
The firefighters were transported to a hospital with minor injuries.
No other injuries were reported.
