Fire Destroys Omaha Home

Flames were devouring an Omaha home when firefighters pulled up early Saturnday morning near 138th adn Meadow Ridge Road. Two people inside the home made it out okay, but their family pet died. Firefighters on the scene told KETV a shed attached to the house had fireworks in it, but firefighters were able to stop the fire from spreading. The cause of the fire is under investigation. The fire destroyed 85% of the house.
