CHARLOTTE -- A Charlotte firefighter previously in trouble for threatening co-workers has been arrested again.
According to jail records, Louis Rusciano was charged Wednesday with communicating threats, injury to personal property and making a harassing phone call.
Rusciano allegedly threatened to shoot his co-workers at Station 24 last December, and then earlier this month, he was charged with pointing a gun at someone during a domestic situation.
Capt. Rob Brisley said Rusciano is still employed with the Charlotte Fire Department pending the outcome of his case.
