One firefighter was injured Monday morning battling an apartment fire in Duquesne, Penn.
One firefighter was injured Monday morning battling an apartment fire in Duquesne. The blaze began around 4 a.m. at the Parkview Manor Apartments on Duquesne Place Drive. Officials said a woman was cooking in her microwave oven when it caught fire. The apartment suffered extensive damage. The unidentified firefighter twisted his ankle, but is expected to be OK. No other injuries were reported.
