A woman and her dog escaped after fire moved through a duplex in Seattle's Ravenna neighborhood. It started just after 5 a.m. on Friday near the University Village Shopping Center. The woman told firefighters she woke up to find her nightstand on fire and got out of the house. A neighbor helped get everyone in the building out. An electrical problem with a space heater is likely to blame.
