Houston Firefighters Battle 2-Alarm Fire

It took firefighters a little less than two hours to extinguish the blaze.

A warehouse and office building near Reliant Park caught fire Tuesday, KPRC Local 2 reported. The Houston Fire Department responded to the blaze in the 2000 block of Naomi Street near Knight Road shortly after 5:30 a.m. It was extinguished at about 7:10 a.m. Officials said the two-alarm fire fully engulfed the interior of the building within minutes. Flames burned a hole in the roof, officials said. Fire officials said no one was inside the building at the time of the fire. Arson investigators will determine the cause of the blaze. No injuries were reported.
