DAYTON, Ohio --

Fire investigators said a fatal fire in Dayton Tuesday has been ruled a case of aggravated arson.

The fire happened around 9:40 a.m. in the 1100 block of North Main Street. Authorities said Moses Shackelford, 34, was trapped inside his apartment at the time of the fire.
