Police Release Sketch Of NYC Rapist Who Posed As A Firefighter

Police believe he set a number of fires in the building to get his victim to let him in.

Police now have a description of the man wanted in connection with a sexual assault on Halloween and they have released a sketch of him in the hopes the public can help find him.
