Smoke and flames shot into the sky above a closed Columbus plant where fire crews have been before.
The abandoned Columbus Coated Fabrics warehouse on North Grant Avenue was on fire again Tuesday night, NBC 4 's Nancy Burton reported.
Fire investigators said they've been called to the building twice before, but that Tuesday's blaze was set.
Firefighters said there were too many holes in the fire, making it unsafe for crews, so they let the fire burn itself out.
Officials said the building has virtually no value.
The fire spread from the basement to the roof and burned for hours, officials said.
A battalion chief said he hopes the building burns down so that they can stop responding to the fires at the location.
The last big fire at the building was in December 2005. The building partially collapsed and firefighters had allowed that fire to burn out because it was too dangerous to go inside.
Since 2000, fire officials said there have been at least 25 fires at the building. Several of the fires were ruled arson.
One of the fires caused $500,000 in damages.
