Pennsylvania Firefighter Accused of Arson

Myers admitted to officers that he started the fire in a shed near the house, police said.

A firefighter in York County has been charged with arson.

Police said Scott Myers of Red Lion set a fire Monday morning that destroyed a vacant house in Windsor. Myers admitted to officers that he started the fire in a shed near the house, police said. Flames spread to the home.

Police said Myers was a firefighter at Laurel Fire Company, which is just down the street from the arson scene.
