Helicopter Makes Emergency Landing in Orlando
A helicopter had to make an emergency landing in a field in downtown Orlando, just off Orange Avenue Wednesday.
Wednesday night, workers needed a crane to help remove the damaged chopper. Firefighters said a group had just taken off from Orlando Executive Airport when the fuel system failed.
The pilot was forced to put it down in a place where there wasn't a lot of open space.
Four passengers from a local development company had chartered the chopper so they could look for land. They were not injured in the rough landing.
