SEATTLE --

A worker washing windows on a Seattle building Friday morning was trapped briefly, reported KIRO 7 Eyewitness News.

The man was on a scaffold 14 stories above the ground when he lost power to his basket.

Firefighters were able to lower the basket to a unit with a terrace from the top of the building at Summit and Madison streets.

The man is OK.
