INDIANAPOLIS --
Two people were hurt in a fire early Friday morning at an apartment complex on Indianapolis' northwest side.
The blaze began at the Abington apartments, near Interstate 65 and Georgetown Road, at about 2:30 a.m.
Most of the damage was contained inside some apartment units.
Two people were treated at the scene for smoke inhalation. There was no immediate word on a cause.
Firefighters also doused a blaze early Friday morning at a home in the 900 block of North Tibbs Avenue.
No one was home at the time. Firefighters said they think an electrical short caused the blaze.
