Mayor Upholds Ohio Firefighter's Firing
Akron Mayor Don Plusquellic is upholding his earlier decision to fire a city firefighter, NewsChannel5 reported.
Brenda Wagner said she didn't violate the city's residency requirement. She said she rented an apartment in Akron before the residency deadline.
She appealed the mayor's decision. Plusquellic said he's remaining firm on the termination.
