Residents of one Centennial Neighborhood want to know more about a string of fires that have torched two town homes and one house in the past four months.
The most recent blaze happed last Friday morning. Investigators believe at least one and possibly all three fires were set intentionally.
The fires happened in the Willow Creek subdivision. Police said a garage fire in May was set intentionally. There was another fire at a house in March.
"It was quite a site. It was a little frightening at three in the morning to wake up and see this giant red ball," said Dan, a Willow Creek resident. "It certainly seems unlikely that all three were accidents."
Police scheduled a meeting with the residents of the neighborhood to discuss the case Monday evening. They planned to tell residents that there is a part-time resident in the neighborhood who is a person of interest in this case. That person's identity has not been released.
Centennial resident Ron Swanson said, "It is frightening because without knowing the cause and the circumstances you hope and pray it won't happen to your house."
