CHICAGO --

No one was injured when a portion of a building under construction in the Humboldt Park neighborhood collapsed Monday night.

Firefighters responded to reports of a building collapse at 2747 W. Division St. about 10:45 p.m. Monday.

"A part of a wall fell from the front of the building," a four-story building under construction, said fire media affairs spokesman Rich Rosado.

The building was vacant and no one was injured from the incident, Rosado said.

Barricades have been put up around the building and the city Building Department has been notified of the partial collapse, Rosado said.
