JEFFERSONVILLE, Ind. --
An office building on Jefferson Center Way, behind Meijer, was engulfed in flames around 6:20 p.m. Monday. More than fifty firefighters spent an hour battling the blaze as it gutted the building.
Investigators called the fire suspicious and are now looking into the cause of the blaze, checking if accelerant was present and reviewing reports that children were in the area when the fire began.
